How it works

 

Our kitchen is located in Terrell, North Carolina but we deliver to many locations across Lake Norman, Cornelius, and Huntersville. Be on the look out - Charlotte drop off locations coming soon. When you check out, you will be prompted to pick a drop off location. Please make sure to pay close attention to drop off date and store hours. Your meals will be in the refrigerator with your name on it. 

Drop off is always on Mondays so plan accordingly.

Available to order Monday 8am to Friday 8am. Select your meals or bulk items and order online (NOTE: please enter the pickup location as your shipping address). Our menu changes weekly so you'll always enjoy something new!

FAQ

Q: What common ingredients do you use?

A: Here are the common ingredients we use at Neeley's Kitchen:
Proteins: Chicken Breast, Ground Chicken, Ground Beef, Salmon, Shrimp, Flank Steak
Carbs: Sweet Potatoes, Red Potatoes, Brown Rice, Jasmine White Rice
Veggies: Always fresh, never frozen, local bought veggies, in every meal
Cooking Fats/Oils: Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Ghee, Bacon Fat
Spices: Spices are our secret ingredient. They bring life to each meal.


Q: How do i reheat my meals?

A: We recommend cracking the lid and microwaving for about 2 minutes on a power less than high. All microwave times and power will vary. Make sure plastic ramekins with sauces or sides are removed prior to heating or they will melt. If you’ve got the time, you can surely remove the meal from the container and reheat on the stove. Keep in mind that overcooking the food will impact the taste.


Q: How long does my food last?

A: Your meals are good for 7 days because we use fresh ingredients that are not frozen. Please refrigerate between 33-34 degrees.


Q: Can i pay cash or check?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or check payments. All payments are made electronically when you checkout through our website. 


Q: what are you signature meals?

A: Signature meals are single meals designed for one person. Females may be able to use one container for 2 servings. 


Q: what are the bulk items?

A: Bulk items are proteins, carbs, and veggies sold by one pound increments. This option allows the most variety in your meal planning, and enables you to package your own meals.

This is perfect for people that know how much you need to eat and when. We do the cooking for you, saving you lots of time, and you simply weigh and measure the food you need. Because of the bulk portions, these will be a greater cost savings to you as well.


Q: cooked versus raw weights?

A: A lot of menus describe the weight of the food BEFORE it’s cooked, otherwise know as the raw weight. We provide you with the cooked weight, which is the weight of the meat after it’s cooked. 4 oz of raw meat will generally yield 3 oz of cooked.


Q: do you offer nutrition coaching?

A: Neeley's Kitchen has partnered with a nutritionist to provide coaching to customers who are interested. You can view available packages on our website. 


Q: what is your return policy?

A: We do not accept returns for any reason because we are dealing with perishable goods.


Q: what if i forget to pick up my food?

A: When you purchase the food, you commit to picking it up at the drop off location of your choice. Drop off hours vary by location. Payments will not be credited if food is forgotten. If food is not picked up within 3 days, drop off locations are allowed to discard the food.
